Frequently Asked Questions
1. What does a social media manager do for a small business?
I help small businesses who might not have a large budget grow online by handling everything from strategy to content to engagement. Here's what that typically includes
Content Creation: Designing posts (images, videos, reels) that reflect your brand and speak to your audience.
Posting & Scheduling: Keeping your feed active and consistent — no more wondering what to post.
Community Engagement: Replying to DMs and comments to help build trust with your audience.
Analytics & Strategy: Tracking what works, spotting trends, and adjusting content for better results.
Brand Messaging: Keeping your tone, style, and values aligned across every post and platform.
If showing up online consistently is tough, a social media manager can take that off your plate while helping you actually grow.
2. How much does it cost to hire a social media manager?
The Basic monthly packages cost $450 a month covering on 1 platform (2-3) posts per week and 2 professionally designed graphic post a month that can be used to promote events, sales ect.
My Mid-level package cost $800 a month and includes on 2 platforms of your choice (4-5 post a week), 4 platform optimized reels/stories, and light engagement.
My Premium Package (full service package)cost $1500 a month and includes 20+ post a month with 8-10 reels, DM and comment management and interaction, strategy, analytics, all on 3 platforms of your choice
I also offer one time services that can be found both in the content creation page of this website, and at the bottom of the social media management page.

3. How will I know if social media is working?
You’ll know social media is working when you start seeing consistent growth, engagement, and conversions. Here’s what I typically track:
Reach & Impressions: Are more people seeing your content over time?
Engagement Rate: Are followers liking, sharing, saving, or commenting?
Click-Throughs or Website Visits: Are people taking action from your bio or stories?
Leads or Sales: Are DMs turning into bookings, sales, or foot traffic?
I also provide monthly reports or regular updates, so you can see the progress clearly, and so we can adjust the strategy as needed.
Social media is a long game, but with the right content and consistency, it builds real momentum for your business!
4. How long does it take to see results from social media?
Social media isn’t instant, but most businesses I manage see noticeable progress in 1 to 3 months, and real growth within 3 to 6 months. Here’s a general timeline:
Month 1–2: Build brand voice, improve content, establish consistency.
Month 3: Start seeing higher reach, more engagement, and better visuals.
Month 4–6: Growth in followers, community, and possibly leads or sales depending on your goals and platform.
That said, results depend on your niche, how active your account is now, and whether you're running ads or relying on organic growth.
Consistency is key the longer you stick with a strategy, the more momentum you build.
5. Will a social media manager create the content, or do I need to provide it?
That depends on who you hire but most social media managers (like me!) offer done-for-you content options, this is included in my premium management plan but can also be added onto other plans for an additional price that can be negotiated.
